NRM Groups have very important roles and responsibilities in the continued and appropriate management of our precious natural resources. They are a vital link between communities and the SE NRM Board. The Groups support and contribute to the Board’s activities and ensure a consistent and integrated approach is achieved.
The Northern NRM Group spreads from the Coast to the Victorian border. It runs from the Northern Kingston and Naracoorte Lucindale Council boundaries to the SE NRM region boundary (catchment boundary). It includes Tatiara District Council, most of the Coorong District Council and a smaller portion of the Southern Mallee District Council. Left - the original Northern NRM Group members.
